Using DeepAlbum
DeepAlbum terms
Last updated September 7, 2026.
DeepAlbum is a limited preview of a private second copy, not the only copy of your memories. We work to keep the service secure and available, but recovery is best effort and cannot be guaranteed. Keep another copy of anything important and protect your Recovery Kit.
Your evaluation lasts 7 days and does not require a credit card. You can choose a paid plan in the product to keep adding to your archive after the evaluation. Stripe processes payments and subscription management. Current monthly plans are Lite (128 GB), Standard (256 GB), and Max (1 TB). These are fixed total archive allowances, not unlimited storage. The displayed GB and TB amounts use binary storage units.
If you do not continue after the evaluation, or after paid access ends, your archive remains available to retrieve for 90 days. New uploads pause during that period. The product shows the deletion date, and we send reminders before permanently deleting encrypted uploads and associated service records on or after that date.
You may cancel a subscription through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. If you ask us to delete your account, we block new activity immediately and cancel an active subscription as part of the deletion workflow.
Account and data deletion
To request deletion, sign in to your dashboard, open Delete this account, read the warning, and confirm the acknowledgement checkbox. The automated workflow starts right away and sends an acknowledgement to the account email. We aim to complete requests sooner and no later than 28 days, then send a completion notice. Deletion permanently removes the DeepAlbum account, encrypted uploads, and associated service records. It cannot be undone.
We may retain the smallest practical deletion and security record while we send the notices, prevent duplicate requests, comply with law, resolve fraud or payment disputes, or enforce these terms. Stripe may retain payment records under its own policies and legal duties. You may also request help at join@deepalbum.app.
Acceptable use and abuse
Only upload content you own or have the right to store. Do not use DeepAlbum to violate law or another person’s rights, distribute harmful or illegal material, upload malware, interfere with the service, evade quotas or account restrictions, probe for vulnerabilities, automate abusive activity, use another person’s account, or help anyone do those things.
We may investigate suspected abuse using limited account, billing, security, and service information. Because originals are encrypted before upload, we may not be able to inspect the media itself. We may suspend or terminate access, block activity, remove service records, cancel subscriptions where appropriate, or cooperate with lawful requests when we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, security risk, or a violation of these terms. We will act consistently with applicable law.
DeepAlbum is operated in the United States by Quiet Oak Labs LLC. Questions about this limited preview can be sent to join@deepalbum.app. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
